Khevyn Limbajee

Founder / Director

Khevyn brings 30 years of experience across broadcast, Parliament, strategic communications and public affairs. He worked in television as a producer on news, current affairs and science programmes for the BBC, ITV and Channel 4, and among other awards and nominations, won a Royal Television Society Award for producing the BBC Politics Show – London.

He has worked in public affairs and strategic communications for Channel 4 and across different agencies, and has a specialism in the built environment as well as other sectors. Using his TV and journalism skills, he went on to set up the Labour Party's Media Training Programme.

Khevyn has worked in Parliament for Labour, including in the run-up to the 1997 General Election and again in the run-up to the 2015 General Election in the Labour Party Press Office. He also served as a Labour councillor in Waltham Forest for 16 years, holding a range of Cabinet roles including Housing.

As  the Housing Lead, he led on major council house build programme and estate regeneration. In consultancy, he led major housing and mixed-use projects across London, the South,, and the Midlands.

Ken Clark

Senior strategic Counsel 

Ken brings deep experience in London Labour Party politics, local government and planning, with particular expertise in major estate and housing regeneration.

 

He served as Director of the London Labour Party and as election agent for Ken Livingstone's campaign for Mayor of London, alongside senior local government roles including Head of Local Government Scotland and Statutory Deputy Mayor of Newham Council. His regeneration and planning expertise spans Chairing Newham's Strategic Planning Committee, sitting on the London Legacy Development Corporation's Planning Committee — overseeing the regeneration of the Olympic Park — and Co-Chairing the Royal Docks Enterprise Zone.

 

He has also served as Chair of the East London Waste Authority, Political Advisor to the Leader of Waltham Forest Council, and Cabinet Member for Education at Havering Council. Ken's grounding in London government, housing and estate regeneration gives direct, practical insight on what drives decisions on development and regeneration.

Dr Celine Gomez

Senior Advisor — Biotech & Life Sciences

Celine brings a combination of rigorous scientific training and hands-on operational leadership to the firm. With a background spanning leading research institutions — including the University of Cambridge and the Wellcome Sanger Institute — and leadership roles in niche Contract Research Organisations (CROs), she specialises in helping life sciences companies turn complex science into scalable operations.

Previously Director of Operations at DefiniGEN, a stem cell technology CRO, she worked closely with the executive team and the Board, leading the operational execution of a full pivot from a product-focused model to a bespoke service CRO model. She built high-performing teams and set the quality standards and governance frameworks that culminated in the company's acquisition.

A published Nature author, former Human Frontier Science Program Fellow, and PhD graduate from Sorbonne University with executive training from INSEAD, Celine bridges the gap between the lab bench and the boardroom, helping biotech organisations articulate their scientific value, operational readiness, and risk profiles to investors, boards, and regulatory bodies.

The name Figura draws on the Classical concept of form and proportion central to Vitruvius's theory of architecture — a fitting reference for a consultancy built on clarity and structure.
